Included in all Hunting Packages:
Services of licensed Professional Hunter or Master Hunting Guide
Services of trackers and skinners where necessary
Field preparation of trophies and delivery to taxidermist
All meals and soft drinks
Daily laundry service
Hunting licence
All government taxes and VAT |
NOT included:
Transport to and from the airport
Air fares to and from Namibia Additional trips or excursions (contact us for a quote)
Tips and gratuities
Hire of rifle/shotgun and ammunition
Taxidermy fees
International phone calls and internet usage

Whilst we are insured, visitors must ensure they have their own comprehensive insurance.
A deposit (40% of the daily rate) is required to confirm booking.
The deposit will be forfeited should the booking be cancelled less then 60 days in advance.
The balance is payable upon completion of the hunt.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
All animals taken or wounded will be charged for.
Firearms and ammunition may be hired.
We accept cash (Namibian Dollars/SA Rand, US Dollars, Euro, GBP) or travelers cheques. Payment of the deposit must be by electronic bank transfer.
The payment of the deposit will signify acceptance of these terms.
A hunt for leopard or cheetah is subject to a minimum period and special terms. Please contact us to discuss.
Any special requirements, i.e. dietary, must be communicated in advance
